Terms and Conditions of Using the City Online Payment Portal

A non-refundable service delivery fee will be applied to your total.
Online Internet Payments and Over-The-Phone Payments may not prevent disconnection of city service. Customers must call City Hall if paying a delinquent balance if a disconnection is imminent, or if services have already been disconnected.
You may review this fee before completing the process. You will have the opportunity to exit out of the payment process without completing the transaction if you choose to do so.
Your statement will show: City of Carson egov.com.
All transactions are considered final after submission of payment information. No refunds will be given.

Insufficient fund charge of $25.00 if payment is returned.
