PRADCO is seeking an energetic, goal-oriented Online Reputation Specialist with a passion for delivering customer support to our diverse community of avid subscribers.


As the Online Reputation Specialist, you will monitor and provide exceptional support to customers who reach out through online and social media channels with questions or retail reviews. This includes managing our Community engagement pages and driving traffic to the forums. You will also proactively seek out online channels where our customers communicate about our products and engage with these customers to provide any additional response or support that they may require while advocating for the brands.


We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, problem solving and communication skills. You must also be self-motivated, have an excellent work ethic, and the ability to work alone, or with a team.

Job responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for PRADCO customers via online and social media channels
  • Monitor and respond to customer questions and reviews on retail and ecommerce sites
  • Track brand mentions across multiple platforms to proactively engage customers and advocate for brands
  • Manage Community pages in the knowledge base by monitoring posts and creating content to drive traffic to these pages
  • Establish and report ongoing performance metrics related to online interaction
  • Optimize social media profiles
  • Engage in active social listening to identify trends and opportunities for the brands

Preferred skill:

  • Experience managing brand accounts with Bazaarvoice
  • Experience translating Google Analytics data into operational objectives


Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, public relations, business, digital marketing, media, journalism or related field of study
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in brand or reputation management
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of online initiatives
  • Great communication and writing skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset
