We have an immediate need for a Bronze Mill Operator to attend to Milling Machines in the pigment production areas and perform assigned duties. There is an opening on both second and third shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Charge and discharge all milling machines
• Make all operational adjustments to mills to ensure that products meet all quality and production standards for copper and copper-alloy products
• Make minor repairs to mills or replacement of boots on Product and/or DCF drums and cleans and/or replaces Hummer screens
• Maintain a clean work area
• Each operator will run a maximum of 16 mills
• Load atomized powder into First Step Mill Hoppers
• Perform all other related duties as a Mill Operator

Job Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Three years manufacturing experience is preferred; Ability to work in an industrial environment is needed
• Must have experience in manual process environments
• Must be safety-conscious and detail-oriented
