Lead Controls Technician: 

Columbus Brick, a leading manufacturer of brick and masonry products, is seeking a Lead Controls Technician for our facility in Columbus, MS. 

Responsibilities will include collaborating with the plant Electrical Systems Project Coordinator and performing tasks ranging from basic wiring of industrial equipment, maintaining/troubleshooting plant electrical systems and automated equipment, performing scheduled preventative maintenance, and modifying/ updating software and equipment as needed. 

Applicants should possess and demonstrate a working knowledge of the National Electrical Code, Motor Control Circuits, Variable Frequency Drives traditional hardwired sensors and control circuits, HMI's, Networking, Programmable Logic Controllers, and Allen Bradley and/or Siemens 

Automation and Programming Software with an emphasis on RSLogix 500 & 5000, Control Logix, Factory Talk ME, RSLinx 500 & 5000, S7 TIA Portal, WIN CC, Profibus and ASi networks,. An Associate's Degree in Electronics or related field with experience as an industrial electrician is desirable.
