Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Bilingual Administrative Support Staff in the Child Guidance Outpatient program at Behavioral Health Network! As a member of our Administrative Support Staff, you will need to demonstrate the ability to interface effectively with clients, staff, and the public, complete assigned tasks in an organized, dependable, and efficient manner, and display organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and follow through with tasks under minimal supervision. In this role, you will provide support for clinical activities and backup to intake coordinators as necessary. You will also demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the intake process in the absence of the intake coordinator and perform any tasks as requested by your supervisor.
**NOTICE**
In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.
The same guidelines noted above apply during flu season (defined as December 1st – through end of flu season as announced by the CDC) for BHN’s Mandatory Influenza Vaccine policy.

The Child Guidance Clinic Outpatient program at BHN provides comprehensive mental health, educational, developmental, behavioral, and consultative services to children, adolescents, and their families in Springfield, MA and the surrounding communities.
