RN- Stevens & Ferry Counties

Under the direction of the client’s primary care physician and Hospice Medical Director, plans and provides individualized skilled nursing care to enable patients to participate as fully as possible in the activities of daily living, in both in-home and inpatient settings. Participates as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to plan and provide holistic care to patients and families.  Nursing care reflects observations, actions, and plans that are in accordance with the IDT Care Plan.

Qualifications:

  1. RN required, BSN preferred.
  2. Minimum of two years nursing experience (hospice, home health preferred).
  3. Current State of Washington RN license in good standing. BLS for Healthcare Providers.
  4. Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle for on-the-job transportation, acceptable driving record.
