Job Description
A local firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time opportunity. You will support representatives by assembling start packs with literature, typing letters and reports, assisting with special projects, answering phone calls, serving as liaison, handling confidential information, and performing solid follow-up and follow-through. Hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have prior Administrative Assistant experience, must be proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel, must be very comfortable generate letters and reports must be a self-sufficient, self-starter with a positive upbeat attitude, must have good writing skills, must have strong follow-up and follow-through skills, must be able to multi-task with the ability to easily switch gears, must be able to get along with people with multiple personalities, must have a solid work history with no attendance issues, and must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
