Building Maintenance Supervisor
Cleveland, OH - Eastside, OH 44110 US
Job Description
An apartment complex is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to perform plumbing, painting, and drywall repairs. Also, you will help out with grounds, cleaning hallways, and handle other maintenance duties to get apartments ready for occupancy. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have previous Building Maintenance Supervisory experience, must be able to make plumbing, drywall, and painting repairs, must have own tools, must be detail-oriented, and must be able to train and monitor co-workers. Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered. Any candidate that has HVAC experience is a plus.
