The Estimator provides thorough and accurate labor and material estimates for all facets of construction, including custom homes projects. Responsibilities include:

• Obtain competitive, complete, and clear price quotes from Trade Partners and Suppliers, keeping them organized in the system
• Create thorough and accurate estimates and change orders for residential and light commercial renovation projects
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Trade Partners and Suppliers

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and results-driven with a strong understanding of residential construction materials and methods. Requirements include:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in estimating
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential and/or light commercial construction
• College degree preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to learn new software platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
• Estimating software experience, a plus
