Painter’s Position Quincy Housing Authority

 The Quincy Housing Authority has an employment opportunity for a Journeyperson-Level Painter. Candidates must have a thorough knowledge of painting and surface preparation; skill in using brushes, rollers or spray paint with airless painting equipment; ability to work from scaffolding or ladders; and skill in mixing of paint, stains and tinting. Work involves the preparation of surfaces by scraping, brushing, washing and patching. Candidates must have appropriate references, a valid Massachusetts driver’s license, and capable of reading and writing work-related assignments. This positon is represented by the Painters Union DC 35. Driving Record and Criminal Record background check will be conducted. Salary is $31.33 per hour. This position is a 40 hour per week position. Excellent benefits.
