- Initiates and maintains a high level of customer service and positive employee relationships.
- Evaluates and processes homecare referrals appropriately.
- Demonstrates knowledge and ability to appropriately pre-certify homecare patients with managed care contracts.
- Establishes and promotes an ongoing communication regarding referrals and pre-certification with appropriate parties
- Provides support to UHHCS pharmacy services.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and reimbursement.
- This position is the day shift and start times can be either 8:00 AM or 8:30 AM.
- Weekend start time will be 9:00 AM.
- Monday-Friday with rotating weekends and holidays.
