Senior Associate, Advisory - Management Consulting (Denver, Colorado) (Multiple Positions)

Design technological procurement processes and procedures. Implement e-procurement solutions. Assess, improve, and reconstruct information and technical flows across the product life cycle. Research strategic sourcing and purchase-to-pay (P2P) systems. Perform P2P requirements gathering and GAP analysis. Write user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts. Create cost-savings models based on quantitative and qualitative data for cost-reduction initiatives. Develop solutions for GAP requirements. Develop functional and technical specification documents. Support upgrade requests and specification documents. Coordinate architecture and integration design. Facilitate procurement maturity assessment interviews.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field and 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Configuring and delivering software demonstrations; Evaluating P2P procedures and technology; Recommending technological and process improvements to clients; P2P process design, system configuration, and UAT; Developing and executing supplier enablement campaigns for e-procurement tools, including iValua, Ariba, Coupa, and Taulia; and Addressing technical and supplier enablement issues and inquiries. 

Travel up to 80% required.
