POSITION SUMMARY: Provides Supported Employment services by assisting individually with mental illness and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities to obtain and sustain employment that is consistent with their vocational goals and recovery. Actual work hours may fluctuate and include weekend hours as part of a regular work schedule.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in mental health or social services, business, personnel management, vocational services or 5 years’ experience in a related area.
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: One to two years’ experience assisting individuals with employment and prefer providing treatment to individuals with a mental illness preferred and excellent computer and interpersonal skills, punctuality, ability to organize and manage several projects/tasks simultaneously, and work independently. Must have reliable means of transportation for transporting consumers and maintain safe driving record.
