Growing up in the business, I have experienced all types of management, prior to starting Milanscape. Having endured them all made it easier to decide what kind of leader I wanted to be, and what sort of company I wanted to build.  We appreciate and respect those who can handle the challenges of landscape construction, and treat them as equals- not lackeys or faceless labor. We offer equitable pay($15-20.00/hour), paid holidays and vacation. We are flexible with schedules because we are family people. We are well equipped, we work smart, and we enjoy ourselves while we do it.

The open positions require experience with retaining wall ( natural stone, boulder, block, and veneer) and patio ( pavers, flagstone, concrete) installation, while we also get involved with pergolas, decks, and fencing. We sometimes build water features and install landscaping- but generally work the hardscape. If an applicant had strong general construction skills, we are willing to teach techniques.  We work hard, to be sure, but we have fun while we do it. At the end of the day, we are proud of our work- and you can see it in the pictures!
