The Program Manager for the Pediatrics, Adolescent Medicine Drop-In Center is responsible for management and oversight of the Center's Homeless, Housing, and Prevention Programs, as well as the supervision of the Center's Sr. Program Coordinators, Program Coordinators and volunteers. The Program Manager ensures all staff and supportive services volunteers are properly trained and also follow Tulane and Funder's policies and procedures. Fiscal responsibilities include budget management, monitoring and financial reporting with the guidance of the Section Administrator. The Program Manager controls inventory and is responsible for purchasing supplies and managing the Center's credit card and petty cash. The Program Manager attends the monthly manager's meeting and reports on Center's activities and participates in manager's  grant writing team as required and interacts with funders as needed for programming.
