General: Commercial Building Superintendent/ QC Manager. Must be able to superintend commercial projects in the $100K-$2M Range OSHA 30 training, CQM training, First Aid/CPR training required (we will provide training if qualified). Base experience preferred. 5 years prior experience a must. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a 50 state background check with no felonies and two or less misdemeanors.
