Organization Effectiveness Manager

Manage organizational consulting engagements in support of business change efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or closely related field & 3 years experience in job offered or 3 years experience as Senior Consultant, Manager, &/or Strategy Consultant, or in similar position(s).
• Background in education, training or experience must include experience in consulting or large-scale project transformation; experience in client service & consultation; experience working with a global organization; advanced knowledge of organizational strategy, operations, & effectiveness; deep familiarity with operating model design work for large scale &/or global organizations; experience consulting to senior executives across a range of organizational strategy issues; demonstrated technical expertise to lead others in multiple aspects of management consulting (including organizational strategy).
• 5-10% domestic & international travel required to meet with stakeholders involved with the consulting engagements, no alternative work or residence location available.
