Member Services Representative

Halifax Electric Membership Corporation has an immediate opening for a Member Services Representative.  Applicant will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and reliable service to consumer-members.  Duties will include receiving/posting payments, handling inquiries, answering telephone calls, establishing new account services, and debt collection.  A minimum of a high school education or equivalent with at least one year of general clerical work experience is required.  Halifax Electric Membership Corporation offers an excellent benefit package.
