Filler Operator
Job Description
A local manufacturing company has an opening for a Filler Operator to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Assist with preparing equipment for startup
- Operate equipment for proper production of product
- Produce products in an efficient manner according to formula specifications
- Maintain and accurate complete paperwork and production records
- Check products continuously for proper taste and texture
- Manually clean work areas
- Retrieve stock and material from warehouse as needed
- Abide by all company rules, regulations, and food safety and quality plans
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma of GED
- Must be able to operate a pallet jack and electric pallet jack
- Must be able to perform simple math functions, as well as reading and comprehending instructions
- Must be comfortable wearing personal protective equipment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
- Must have good manual dexterity and communication skills
- Must be able to abide by the Company’s rules, regulations, and Safety Policies
