Serve as key interface w/Boeing 787 & Pure Power operators from an in-service perspective. Lead initiatives in conjunction w/internal BU Engineering & Field Service teams to develop & deploy effective technical solutions. Utilize in-house prognostic tool & portal (ASHM) in providing troubleshooting & maintenance recommendations to customers. 20% Nat'l & Internat'l Travel. At least bachelor's or its equiv. in Mechanical Eng., or rltd fld & at least 6 yrs of prior progressive work exp. as a Field Service Mgr in Aviation. Must also possess: at least 6 yrs exp. w/Boing 787 in-service technical support; at least 5 yrs exp. w/Airline operator- customer support; & at least 3 yrs exp. w/facilitating significant flight event investigations.
