Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong reasoning and troubleshooting skills, a must. Primary responsibility to provide central trouble call telephone answering and dispatching after office hours, nights, holidays and weekends. Excellent shift schedule for the right person. Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule is required.
