Job Description

Job Summary

Develops and implements strategic project initiatives relative to marketing and/or communications plans.

Essential Functions

• Participate in the implementation of marketing strategic plans, and project manages key initiatives and/or key road maps.

• Ensure the development and production of materials and outputs ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, budgets, etc. Anticipate challenges, prepare for preventable mishaps, and provide timely/proactive updates and alternatives.

• Partner with others (e.g., cross-functional areas, marketing colleagues) to ensure outcomes are aligned with marketing and client organizations' strategic plans, initiatives, objectives, etc.

• Serve as a point-of-contact for business segments or for client organizations and projects as assigned.

• For assigned projects, has in-depth understanding of the initiative and objective, and monitors effectiveness.

• Project manages marketing transactional tactics including mailings, member letters, Salesforce email communications, and invoices

• Subject matter expert in marketing project systems (Workamajig) and creative workflow

• Supports creative project traffic including job scheduling, task management, and project status communications

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree business administration, marketing or related field

• 2 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in marketing or related role Required

• 2-5 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities project management experience preferred Preferred

• Project Management Experience preferred
