Full-time Retail Sales Associate 

Responsibilities include selling home furnishings and accessories, assisting with special orders and providing outstanding service and comprehensive consultations to our clients at our luxury destination showroom in Edwards. 

Qualified candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced team environment. Attention to detail and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and POS system a must. Retail sales experience and knowledge of furniture is recommended. Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Competitive pay and full benefits package. 

Retail Sales Associate responsibilities

Greet customers when they walk through the door

Ask customers what they are looking for and show them at least three or four models

Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations

Ring up sales and arrange for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order

Upsell extra items when appropriate, such as mattress covers and bed frames

Invite customers to search our website for coupons and other ways to save money
