NURSE PRACTITIONER Sign on bonus available.

Hospice & Palliative Care of Iredell County is hiring for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to assist with hospice and palliative care patients in the Rowan/Davie County area.

• This candidate will triage calls and do visits in homecare, facilities, hospital patient visits, and weekend admissions and will carry the responsibility of covering the entire county along with our other weekend call team members.

• Two years as a Nurse Practitioner with experience in hospice and palliative care and clinical settings preferred.

Competitive salary, benefit package available for full time position. Sign on bonus available dependent on experience.
