Cedar Valley Montessori School is seeking outstanding Classroom Assistants to join our team!

We are looking for individuals with a passion for lifelong learning and a desire to help guide children ages 2-6 to develop their curiosity, empathy, creativity, self-discipline, and independence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Guide children to explore and develop their individual gifts as a whole individual
• Inspire children to be lifelong learners
• Create meaningful relationships with parents 
• Maintain the safety and well-being of children
• Work with diverse community of children and adults
• Partner with staff and leadership to support Montessori mission
• Model grace and courtesy in all interactions
• Complete required trainings and certifications

Desired Skills and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Childcare or in-home daycare experience
• AA degree in Early Childhood preferred
