• Maintenance Manager - to oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities. You will be the one to ensure that your colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget. A great maintenance manager will have a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts. They will be well-versed in all maintenance process and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting etc.

• Housekeepers Night - Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing. Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies.

• Maintenance Technician - Position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals

• Houseman Night (11 pm-7 am) - cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, work areas, furnishings and carpets. Cleaning rooms includes duties such as changing bed linens and emptying trash as well as vacuuming carpets and dusting furniture.

• Houseman Sales – is in charge of keeping the hotel clean and in order. It's an important role because presenting a spotless and inviting hotel to guests makes them feel comfortable and likely to return. Hotel houseman positions are busy and active with a majority of time spent on their feet. Expect to need a high school diploma or equivalent, and perhaps some cleaning experience, when applying for a hotel houseman position.

• Revenue Manager - Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations. Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting. Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends. ... Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations departments as a team.
