HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

CLASP Homes, Inc. is looking for an experienced professional with a background in HR management
to join our committed team of dedicated administrators in Westport.

Our mission is to create a supportive environment for people with autism and intellectual disabilities by attracting and retaining dedicated staff.

The successful candidate will possess, excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to multitask and attention to detail.

The ability to prioritize and delegate, analytical problem-solving, and a strong supervisory skill set along with
the ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and its employees is essential.

Thorough knowledge of employment law and regulation, time management and the ability to meet deadlines are necessary as is proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software and the ability to learn the organizations HRIS.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
Salary commensurate with experience along with a competitive benefits package.
