This position will provide therapeutic services to youth with behavioral and emotional difficulties in their educational and home settings. Staff will work directly with youth, as well as their families, to identify needs, develop treatment objectives, and provide strategies and support. Works independently with clients but will also be a member of a larger treatment team in order to ensure progress and continuing needs are addressed.

Multiple positions available

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or other human services field is required with at least one year experience working with emotionally disturbed youth preferred. Candidates must maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. If licensed out of the state of Virginia, candidate must be able to provide their driving record from the state in which they are licensed.

Must be registered as a LMHP or LHMP-E, or meet the qualifications as QMHP or QMHP trainee as set forth by the board of counseling.
