Licensed Practical Nurse

Part-time LPN position (69 hours per month) in Moses Lake office.

Hourly rate: $19.81 $25.29, Depends on Experience.

The LPN position under oversight of RN, provides services to clients on programs administered through the Aging and Long-Term Support Administration (ALTSA) to include: Nursing assessment/reassessment; Instruction to care providers and clients; Care and health resource coordination with other health care providers, DSHS, DDA and the aging network; Evaluation of health-related care needs affecting service planning and delivery.

Minimum qualification: Valid Washington State LPN License and one year of community-based nursing experience.
