Residential Estate Care Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a diverse knowledge & background of residential construction & high levels of finish that are associated with upper-end residences & family compounds. Duties & tasks will consist of writing & administering annual estate care & comprehensive packages. This ideal candidate will have excellent correspondence skills as well as the ability to meet with clients on-site as to assess the needs & expectations of the customer & transfer those into an annual service contract.
