Vermillion Incorporated, a leader in interconnect cable solutions for the military and aerospace industries, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join a growing manufacturing facility. The position requires a candidate with management experience and have exceptional customer service. Primary duties of the role include quoting prices for new and existing customers and coaching and mentoring staff.

• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Develop new business by working with representatives, finding opportunities on Government bid boards and through internet searches
• Manage, type, and submit bid proposals that are developed by the Estimating and Finance departments
• Manage high profile programs as required and/or assigned

Job requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience strongly preferred; 2 + years in a supervisory role; experience in a customer-centric environment, aerospace manufacturing environment strongly preferred; strong interpersonal communication skills; capacity to focus, motivate and lead the inside sales team in a disciplined, effective manner.
