We are currently adding an experienced General Maintenance Technician to our team to help service the needs of our residents and to help prepare apartments for new resident move-ins at our Windmill Creek South apartment community on Apollo Drive in Metairie.  The person we are looking for will be a highly skilled technician who pay attention to detail.  The ideal candidates will have a background in property maintenance. The individuals joining our Team should have the following:

• Experience with repairs in electrical, plumbing and appliances
• Tools and reliable transportation
• Some grounds maintenance duties will also be required 

What you will do as a Maintenance Technician on our Team:

• Provide our residents with electrical, plumbing and appliance repair services in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents move-ins
• Complete required paperwork such as inventory logs, service tickets and daily recap sheets
