Welding Works, Inc. is looking to hire a Shop Supervisor Welding and Fabrication Job shop looking for a skilled leader to manage and coordinate the production of work in a fast paced environment. Blueprint reading, understanding layout, means of manufacture & knowledge of fabrication equipment are essential. Coordinating personnel, materials, & machinery to meet rigid delivery schedules & communication with Manufacturing Engineering, Sales, Purchasing & other support personnel necessary. 5 yrs. Exp. expected Estimator/ Salesperson Experienced in the metal fabrication industry with construction management knowledge. Able to provide estimates for various types of projects from drawings & specifications. Knowledge of materials and fabrication processes required. Good communication skills, self-motivated, & outstanding customer service skills are essential.
