Business Insights Analyst

Process routine financial business reporting and ad hoc financial analysis for the total business in support of the overall profitability of the company. Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports.

Plan and collaborate on Program goals and pricing strategy. Lead and direct team goals, processes and procedures. Ensure channel and customer pricing is executed correctly in the system. Budget and Forecast Implementation for Total Selling Region.

Provide forecasting and budget planning support to the Sales department. CTM/CCF analysis of CPACT contract with set up of accruals in company's systems. Research and analyze business opportunities, build financial models, provide variance reports and track key business indicators as requested by management; analyze trends and proactively identify opportunities to grow the business. Prepare monthly reconciliations of Parent Company funding and Key Account redemptions.

Perform database and systems development. CAS forecast, pricing, and settlement of spend events where applicable. Occasional travel required to sales center locations across the U.S. to support forecasting, budgeting and providing analytics leadership.

Requires bachelor's degree in business or related field required plus 2 years of experience in business analysis and understanding of Sales, Production, Distribution operations; profit/loss statements, and accounting transactions and analyzing financial performance; Financial and Forecasting models; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytic/reporting suite tools; knowledge of sales and business processes, forecasting and planning; technical knowledge of systems and hardware and knowledge of Tableau.
