The Lincoln Journal Star, a Lee Enterprises Inc. publication is seeking a specialist to provide administrative support to our clients and advertising team members to schedule, maintain, and provide feedback about advertising initiatives.

This role is responsible for:

• Scheduling orders in the billing system
• Page layout for the classified advertisements
• Work with the team to meet deadlines
• Submit creative materials to the design team
• Assist clients with billing and process questions
