Live-in Caretaker

FirstService Residential Minnesota is a large, well established and highly reputable firm specializing in community association management of over 500 condominium and townhome associations in downtown Minneapolis, St. Paul and greater metro area.

We are seeking a live-in caretaker team or single for a lovely building located in Bloomington. Duties include cleaning of common areas, light maintenance, and limited management responsibilities. The scheduled hours are primarily weekdays during business hours as well as rotating weekends with on-call duties. No leasing, cleaning or painting of units is required.
