Job Summary: The Nurse Practitioner provides advance practice nursing care to patients, families and the community through assessment, planning, prescribing and evaluation interventions. A Nurse Practitioner is a member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team who demonstrates professionalism and leadership within the institution. The Nurse Practitioner exemplifies the Upstate mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Upstate policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:

NYS licensed/registered NP. Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner and National Certification consistent to the clinical practice also required. CPR Certification required at the time of appointment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in specialty area preferred.
Work Days:

Monday - Friday, Days
