Safety team members should be detail-oriented, able to think on their feet in a fast-paced environment and enjoy work with a heavy emphasis on customer service and outreach. Safety team members spend most of their shift working on their feet and outdoors, interacting with business owners, residents, and shoppers. Focusing on maintaining peaceful relationships within the district, Safety team members work closely with both business owners and houseless.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday 9p-8:30a or Thursday-Sunday 6:00p-5:30a (every other Wednesday training 6-8p)

*Varied shifts avaliable including overnight*

Pay: Community Safety Ambassadors are paid four to five dollars above average with an opportunity for quarterly raises

Benefits: After your probationary period (90 days) we have medical, dental and vision benefits that are available to our full-time team members (the company pays a percentage of the premiums). You also qualify for Protected Sick Time (PST). Paid Time Off (PTO) is available after one year for full-time team members.
