$11.00-$14.00 /hour
hiring bonus after 90 days

Seeking caring Direct Support Professionals to work in our residential homes in Chesterfield, VA. We currently have several open positions that includes evenings and every other weekend. Our DSP's work with Individuals who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities that could possibly limit their abilities to care for themselves or make their own decisions.

Direct Support Professional Duties:
• Performing personal care tasks, including assistance with personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and etc.
• Ensuring client safety at all times.
• Planning meals and preparing meals for the individuals
• Documenting individuals progress as it relates to ISP and charting any changes or concerns.
• Administration of medication, charting, and counting
• Assisting individuals with getting to scheduled appointments and activities
• Performing household chores

Requires high school diploma and a min of 1 year DSP exp. Driver's License is also required.
