Full Time Industrial Maintenance Mechanic United Medical Enterprise 4049 Allen Station Rd Augusta, GA 30906

Production Responsibilities:

1. Verbally Communicate Shift Turnover with the oncoming Maintenance/Shift Supervisor, and record production on daily production board on the wall beside QA inspection table.

2. Review Production schedule for the shift and insure appropriate raw materials are available and are located at the proper staging area.

3. Oversee all operators and production efforts throughout the assigned shift.

4. Ensure personnel adherence to UME policies and requirements.

5. Assist in, and ensure the training of new personnel.

6. Adjust and rethread material as necessary.

7. Ensure that material not being used for current production needs is placed in the appropriate location.

8. Obtain materials from the Material Stock Room, and document on the applicable form.

9. Maintain attendance and tardy records.

10. Communicate operator pay issues to the Office Manager.

11. Reprimand employees either through verbal or written warning.

12. Maintain all machines.

13. Perform preventative maintenance on all machines.

14. Notify Maintenance Manager of any machine maintenance needs.

Maximum Lifting Requirement for the above described position: 25.0 pounds

REQUIREMENTS

1. Basic reading and writing skills.

2. Basic mathematical skills.

3. Training skills.

4. Successful completion of the training program.

5. Negative drug testing.

Must have 3 plus years of experience.
