Reporting to the School of Medicine Director of the Office of Multicultural Affairs, the Senior Program Coordinator will assist in the implementation of programs designed to facilitate longitudinal, systematic, and focused initiatives resulting in positive diversity outcomes for the School of Medicine. Additional responsibilities will include facilitation and implementation of pipeline programs aimed at achieving diversity among qualified applicants for medical school admission and the evaluation of program and partnership outcomes. Duties will also include support in the recruitment of a diverse medical student class and assistance in the deliverance of bias, cultural competency, and racism training to the School of Medicine community. The Senior Program Coordinator will track and report on all activities to determine outcomes and viability of various programs and activities over time. The incumbent will manage the SOM OMA Website.
