The Clinical Quality Analyst is a subject-matter specialist who actively leads and participates before, during and after implementation of an Electronic Medical Records system to ensure adherence of provider government and regulatory programs. The position requires an in-depth understanding of health care operations, HITECH rules and regulations, MACRA and MIPS, clinical workflow and technical systematic requirements needed to qualify hospitals and providers per defined regulatory stages. 

  • Analyze regulations, review system configurations, and assess impacts to clinical process workflow.
  • Responsible for creating documentation for the field on the operational and clinical aspects related to provider government and regulatory programs as they pertain to the Electronic Medical Records systems. 
  • Coordinate all the IT activities leading to hospital attestations for government and regulatory programs and maintenance of required audit histories through all phases of the national program.

  • Bachelors Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, Health Services, Nursing or related field, is required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of project management, EHR system implementation, or clinical operations experience in a healthcare setting is required.
  • Experience working with or implementing electronic health records is required.
  • Experience managing Quality and Meaningful Use Hospital projects is preferred.
  • CPHIMS preferred.
