Seeks Hospice Manager

• Must have strong leadership skills

• Clinical experience, other health management experience considered

• Candidates with 5 years of hospice and management experience preferred

• Electronic Medical Record experience a plus, strong relationship skills, professional attitude & attire

• Acts as a liaison between patients, their families, medical staff and IDT team

• Uses leadership abilities to make a meaningful difference in patient's final days.
