20 temporary full-time workers from 02/26/2018-11/15/2018 for Farmworker and Laborers, Crop, Nursery and Greenhouse positions (Reference Job Order 15778944)

Workers will be involved in various tasks such as, but not limited to: performs agriculture labor to assist in the upkeep, production, propagation, stocking and fulfillment of orders for our MVN Retail nurseries and our wholesale sales. Must be in good physical condition (repeated lifting and pulling); comfortable working in the freshest air on earth, in sunny, hot, dry conditions surrounded by beautiful plants and trees all day, every day. Must be able to follow specific instructions and ready to work safely in a team environment. Maintaining, pruning, raking, thinning, weeding, transplanting, watering, shipping and loading trees and plants in a farm/nursery environment, using hand tools and farm tools, light construction equipment and other farm implements. Lift 60 pounds. Wage offer is $13.18 per hour, 40 hours work week, Monday-Saturday, 7 hour per day. Be able to pass a post-accident drug tests at employees expense.

Employer guarantees each worker the opportunity of employment for at least ¾ of the workdays of the total period of work contract & all extensions. Tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Housing provided at no cost to workers who cannot reasonably return to their permanent residence at end of each work day. Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract, or earlier. Worksite- (Fallbrook, CA) San Diego County.
