The RTF Behavioral Health Coordinator
This is a regular full-time position for a Human Services Specialist II or III (QMHP) to provide behavioral health
services and program coordination at the Residential Treatment Facility (RTF). The RTF serves adults who experience serious mental illness and co-occurring medical conditions in a licensed residential setting. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, this position delivers person-centered services and supports (assessment, treatment planning, therapy, behavior support, consultation and case management) to program residents. Additional responsibilities include general oversight of programming, clinical supervision for QMHAs, offering training to program staff, collaboration with facility administration, screening referrals for potential admission, transition/discharge planning, and coordination with local and state agencies.
