The Environmental Coordinator will be responsible for location environmental compliance at the Enderlin, ND facility. Location specific training and support will be available from current plant personnel.

While working in an office and industrial facility, the Environmental Coordinator will handle a broad range of activities and will be responsible for supervising the implementation of ADM's policies and procedures.

The facility operates around the clock and the Environmental Coordinator will be on call 24/7 and may be called into work for after hour emergencies. The Environmental Coordinator will occasionally be required to work at times other than normal business (day shift) hours to accommodate plant needs; i.e. training. Other responsibilities will be reviewed during the onsite interview.

Job Responsibilities: Provide Environmental Compliance training and tracking for new hires, contractors, and location colleagues as required; Develop, update and implement environmental compliance programs related to Environmental Operational Permits including permit renewals; Participate in and lead all external environmental audits or environmental agency visits and prioritize, assign and track the audit findings for completion; Supervision of calibration and repair of environmental monitoring equipment; Purchasing and maintaining inventory of environmental supplies; Preparation of all required reports and maintaining all necessary records/documentation related to environmental programs and reporting for the facility; Participate in and assist in all safety programs and policies - Participate on safety committee; Participate in all incident investigations; Conduct internal facility audits and facility self-assessments in the plant and track corrective actions for findings; Develop working knowledge of machines / equipment throughout facility.
