Housekeeper position.  Clean rooms, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen; check all rooms daily and clean as needed. Keep house in ready state for family and guests.  Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.  Replenish supplies, such as bathroom items.  Clean rugs, upholstered furniture, and draperies.  Dust and polish furniture. Keep storage areas well-stocked, clean, and tidy. Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary. Sweep, scrub, wax and polish floors. Move and arrange furniture and turn mattresses. Dust window treatments. Wash dishes and clean kitchen, cooking utensils, and silverware. Polish flatware and metal fixtures. Sort clothing and other articles, load washing machines, and iron and fold dried items of clothing, linens. Run errands, such as groceries, using family car.  Remove debris from driveways, garages, and swimming pool area.  Prepare and serve meals.  Full-time position.  Expected to work holidays unless otherwise notified.  On-site housing available. Minimum 6 months’ prior experience in full-time housekeeper position required.  Employer: TGCP, LLC.
