Planning & Zoning Technician

Performs a variety of working level routine administrative and complex clerical duties as needed to expedite the administrative, technical and clerical functions of the Planning Department, including planning, zoning and building. High school diploma or GED equivalent; plus, one (1) year of specialized training related to above duties and four (4) years of responsible experience in administrative duties, drafting, word processing or some other related field. Must be detail-oriented and proficient in keyboard operations. This is a Full-Time position, full benefits. Starting pay is $16.0099 per hour.
