- a copy of your valid Sussex County Substitute Nurse Certificate or other New Jersey county issued certificate that has been registered with the Sussex County Superintendent of Schools;
- valid proof of your RN license;

- criminal history review approval letter; and
- a completed Hamburg School District Employment Application
