CSS Farms located in Pasco, WA is seeking applicants for our Farm and Diesel Mechanic positions. The job performs standard and advanced diagnostics, repair and maintenance on all farm equipment including but not limited to tractors, implements, engines and facilities. Desired qualifications include Mechanical, Diesel Technician or other related certifications, 5+ years demonstrated knowledge of and experience at an advanced level with the operation and repair of both gasoline and diesel engines; hydraulic operation and repairs to pumps, controls, and transmission components, and electricity and components to equipment or machinery; ability to read and comprehend repair manuals, electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics, written and oral instructions for repair work performed; ability and willingness to work extended hours including weekends and holidays as required by seasonal nature of the business; ability to acquire and hold a valid US driver's license and successfully pass vehicle insurance verification; ability to meet the physical requirements of the job with or without accommodation and successfully verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
